Dirty and often has no soft serve available, have been there a couple of times but really wonder how they get away with the poor standard.

The last time I went through the drive through at this McDonalds I was firstly annoyed by the impatience of the person serving through the speaker. Every time I asked for a specific item the voice through the speaker would screech back "Is that it?". I clearly remember asking for sauce for my McNuggets and also an extra sauce that they charged me for. When I got the order at the last window I specifically asked again if the sauces were in the bag. The young girl answered, "Yep!" Sure enough when I got all the way home I found that they had not put the sauces in and also I was missing two other of my ordered items. Very disappointing but somehow not surprising from Narellan McDonalds. Big thumbs down!

Like all McDonalds restaurants this one has a bunch of school kids making you burgers with brown lettuce and sometimes if your lucky brown tomato, to many times i've gone though the drive through and ended up getting cold fries.. im not to keen on macca's anymore, but i'll be back
