Purchased chicken wrap and combo meal with 2 chocolate fudge sundaes. The wrap was cold and mushy. The meal was ok. the problem was the 2 sundaes. There were small pieces of what appeared to be black strips of rubber fine tubing, cut into small pieces, approximately 12 pieces between the 2 sundaes. The pieces were in the fudge and the ice cream. When we brought the pieces back, after ringing the store first, and back within half an hour, in an envelope, and showed them with the receipt of purchase -nothing was done to even offer a verbal concern, other than these items were not possibly able to be in the sundaes. One envelope of the pieces were left with the manager, and we have never heard from him since. We have not purchased food there since, but have tried other McDonalds stores, so far with no problems.
