My family and I stopped by the McDonald's restaurant on our way to the Adelaide Airport, for lunch. The service was quite good and meal waiting times were reasonable. The restaurant was very unclean, with rubbish staying on table and bins overflowing for the 2 hours we were there, without being cleaned up. It wasn't that busy either. My son's and I shakes were extremely overpowering, and we couldn't drink them - just tasted like pure syrup. I took them back to the counter, where the staff member added icecream to 'water it down' a bit, but it didn't really help. My son was then sick a short time later from the part of the shake he did drink. Customer service = very good, cleanliness = very poor.

I went through drive through yesterday, I only ordered 2 hash browns and they put me in the waiting bay for 10 mins. When I finally got the hash browns they were not even fresh.

This review in particular is for the McCafe part of the restaurant. The price and sizing of hot beverages is really good and the quality beats a lot of cafes. The loyalty card gets you one free coffee after 5. Well worth the stop and also convenient if you want a bite to eat at the eatery part of the restaurant. Great atmosphere, playground for kids, big TV, and doesn't break the bank.

there is always something broken, the customer service is not good, they look messy, they are always out of something, and the soft serve ice cream is a lot smaller than it should be, over all, bad.
