I had been to this Mc Donalds quite a few times and no longer go there due to the poor quality and quantity of the food I was receiving each time. I got tired of complaining about the cold fries and the lack of. I also remember going here years ago back when they had healthy choice salads available. I recall having to get them to explain why there was only one of two tiny strips of chicken cut up in my salad. I always had to try and explain to the manager that every other Mc Donalds I had bought the same salads from gave me at least three to four times the amount of chicken that was in theirs and they would always look at me like I was trying to rip them off. Ha! I am not a customer of this Mc Donalds anymore and go out of my way to drive to one that is a bit further, but makes much better quality food.

I find this McDonald's superior to the ones I have been to in the past. It is always clean and even the toilets which I have never seen in a McDonalds before. The staff have always been friendly especially in the mornings, even chatting with the kids and making them feel welcome. The Wifi doesn't work often because they are in a valley. I would go more often with the kids if wifi worked as then I could do some work while the kids play after a snack. Overall I am impressed. I used to visit McDonald's maybe 1-2 times a year before we moved, now we visit more regularly, this store is inviting.

It really is hit and miss with this Maccas. Well Known in the area for its service or lack there of. Has a good little kids play area. Sometimes it can be fabulous, but more often than not, crappy food, or mixed up orders, or sullen staff. We avoid if we can.

AS you'd expect with any McDonalds. Waits are sometimes long, and they used to mess my order up all the time, but that seems to have stopped. They also seem to have turned off the free WiFi.

Love macdonalds love to get take away from there for special occasions but i asked the manager for discount since the order was so big 12 meals. Her answer was simple No. But thats how business makes money I guess

was left waiting at drive through window for 14 minutes around 9pm at night with no service, however with two cars behind me and one in front i couldn't leave if i wanted to! after asking when finally served what took so long, staff member said drive through staff change over without even apologising for the delay! food and value reasonable however not impressed with customer service at that time

Excellent place for a break from home cooking or a lovely coffee while the kids play on the playground.
Great menu, good friendly service with a large variety of menu choices.
