it seems that this mcdonalds store hasent changed i refuse to go there any more which it is a shame as i treat myself once a month on fast food,it is new to me that they charge for the dip sauce not very good

My family and I visited this store today and i purchased 4 separate meals and a 10pack of chicken bites. When i drove up to the window to collect my order i asked the girl if there was sweet and sour sauce in the bag, she snapped and told me it was an extra 50c for the sauce. While i appreciate the fact that it is an extra 50c i wasnt aware until today that it wasnt included with the bites. I searched my bag looking for change as i had paid with eftpos. If i wasn't in shock i would have asked for a full refund and taken my money elsewhere. I thought this lady was very rude and could have handled it alot differently. I have NEVER been charged for a sweet and sour sauce with my bites i was very disappointed with the service i received today.
