this is probably the most popular food for the grandchildren. when asked they always say macdonalds. the food is ok the staff were helpful. they need to have a better menu.

I've been to most McDonald's in Launceston and most of them are really untidy and dirty, I usually go through the drive through, what really annoys me when going to McDonald's is that they stop cooking around the certain part of the day so when you are the only person waiting they send you into the waiting bay.

i have been going to the invermay store for a few years now and have noticed that the store is very untidy, the tables always have trays and empty food container on them, the floors and always dirty, i do understand they get very busy but i think it is time they hired a cleaner through the day,
