food was cold and tasted like day old burger,was not happy with the staff that seemed to be more involved in talking amongst themselves instead of serving customers.

the food was crap what service they rather stand around then serve anyone although generally busy i do expect more like the food to be hot not happy with this but i have found most mcdonalds around liverpool are all the same doesnt matter how little you order or what time

They were very slow and the food was cold. They stood around and talked for ages before even serving me.

It was good, the food was not excellently presented but it was very delicious, when I dined there it was very loud and busy, but the staff where great and I would most definitely eat there again.

I think I may be referring to a different McDonalds restaurant - It is also on Elizabeth Drive in Liverpool, but not near the Westfield. The one I'm referring to is full of 14 year old kids (working) who would stand around talking to each other and flirting, not to mention staff who have just finished their shift ordering food and sending it back because it was "disgusting and not made right".. Yeah - that looks super good in front of customers, moron. Someone needs to control these kids.

I went to McDonald's today and purchased a beef snack wrap. It was warm, there was a good proportion of meat and it only cost 3 dollars. I felt that was good value for the quality of beef they had. And the service was prompt.

The staff are fast with delivering orders. The great thing is, as with all McDonalds now, the food is prepared when you order it. Not having it sit in the window is a great advantage, because you know your meal is fresh.
