New store just opened up. The place wasn't busy so I don't understand why the place was dirty. Food on the floor, drinks spilt, the playground area was extremely filthy. There was food on the ground as well as in the actual playground enclosure. The service was fast but the attendant didn't listen to what I wanted so the order was wrong. Staff were standing around chatting when they could have been cleaning.

We have been there many times only as its close by. I have not been there once without my order either being cold ie: coffee machine wasn't working and other staff did not know and used it. The burgers on some shifts are slap happy and not worried about presentation but promptness is a key they have. The staff have been happy enough to help you if you don't think something is quite right but if your having takeaway as in drive thru you would hope you don't have to go back to get your order right for the good service to shine. I would agree with the Quality Service and Value ratings.
