Rubbish again thiis time they did not have any product when we went to get a treat - no icecream - so typical of this McDonalds dreadful. What about a voucher to get a free icecream next time to ensure we come back..

Unfortunately we have been continuously disappointed by the McDonalds at Picton. If the order is complete you are lucky. If it is hot it is something nearing miraculous, it is never hot and rarely even warm and I am talking about just after purchase, not after a trip home with the food.

As city workers a quick drive through to pick up dinner from McDonalds seemed like a good idea, however ALWAYS check you receive the correct order, twice now in their short time in business we haven't checked and arrived home to find we have not received everything we have paid for. The days are too long to take a trip back to complain and I can't get through on the phone!!!

Very disappointing McDonald's plenty of room for improvement. New business to this area, children's area was closed when I went there for my sons birthday but there was no sign to advise why or for how long. Seems there is a safety issue, but surely they thought about this when planning the premises??? I will not go back after all what is McDonald's without a childrens area???

This brand new restaurant is lovely. My only complaint would be the small car park. Very difficult to manuver a larger car and the kids play area doesn't have any safety barrier from the main road, so little kids can run straight out the door and onto the road.
