went here on sunday for cheese burgers and drinks after a day at the beach only to find that the chips were cold and i never got extra pickles on my burger but other than that the service was fast and friendly and the store was quite clean in the service are but the car park was not so good , the drive thew was slow that why we went inside overall great service

One of the better Mcdonalds I've been to. The food was delivered in a timely manner, customer service was excellent , the dining area was clean and well maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed my bacon and egg Mcmuffin.

THis is Mcdonalds so it is usually the same at everyone you go to. What redcliffe has though is a young staff who are very pleasant, happy and I went away thinking what a happy bunch of kids work there. THis may be because the management make it a pleasant place to work?
I went in just for a coffee and found it to be a very clean and quite well set out place. The lady that served me was very nice and seemed to be happy to be there. Her smile improved my day greatly.

The staff here are rude and not very helpful, they dont seem to know what they are doing, at most places you can add or take off things you dont want on your burgers but here they complain and say they have to ask there manager, i just dont go there anymore.

Crew members are supposed to ask their manager for assistance. The policy is that only managers can handle "difficult customers" and give refunds. If you wished to do something complicated with the food, chances are they wanted to check and make sure they were doing it right, so that you wouldn't complain. Yet you still are?
Service is pretty good and the quality is normal for mcdonalds - you get served quite quickly! The cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant are to be applauded. The seats are comfortable and make you want to stay even after your meal is finished.

I have always loved McDonalds but will not be going back to Redcliffe Mcdonalds anytime soon - it was so dirty ! The food was normal standard as was the service but the tables, floors ,play area and even the car park were filthy. Very disappointing !

The food is delicious, they live up to the name FAST food and the pricing is cheap as at any McDonald's store. However the cleanliness of the restaurant has room for improvement,although just undergoing renovations there were chips on the ground.
