We order our meal which we had to wait for the only had two registered open and their was a good 10 minute wait for aour meal, the fries were cold but everything else was fine and restaurant was nice and clean

The food was terrible - but the service was much better than I usually get in Maccas. The restaurant was neat and reasonably clean, however the rest rooms were in desperate need of a good scrubbing.

Mcdonalds in success is a good fast food restraunt. Its customer service could definatly be improved.

Run by incompetent 16 year olds who lack any care in their work or the customers they serve. The last time I was in I witnessed the very young manager berate one of the young employees in front of me. Not nice at all.

I really should have learned by now but 4 out of 5 times they stuff up the order or if not the fries are really cold or too salty or the sundaes are melting or they've completely missed out a burger (the last one being the most usual)
