This place is very popular as sunnybank is a busy area but many things are overpriced than other emptier mcdonalds

i don't blame the under paid young staff entirely but i always seem to get rude moody teens who don't care they have messed up my or let food get cold ect but i will always love maccas anyway

we were stuck in the drive threw for 45 minutes and when we did get our order it was wrong and the chips were soggy just the attitudes on the teenager staff was shocking and extremely rude

Fantastic food quality and service compared to many other McDonalds in the area. Store is kept clean whenever I've visited and even Cafe has fast service compared to normal!!

VERY frustrating. Ordering a meal and expecting mcdonalds usual fast food service. Waited to the side and watched person after person being served before me. Asking for my meal and the order had been misplased.

We ordered an egg mcmuffin and when I started to eat it I found it was a bacon and egg mcmuffin. I can't eat bacon so i took it back and politely asked for another one. They bought it out and when i started eating it found there was a small piece of bacon inside, it looked as if they had just pulled the bacon off and forgotten some of it. When i took it back the Manager was so rude but I eventually got him to offer me a refund. It took 15mins to order at the counter and the bottles of water were hot. They didn't say anything until I pointed out and then the response was "that's all we've got". You think they would have apologised and asked if I still wanted it, considering I can walk into Coles and buy a hot one for far less. I was appalled at the staff's attitude but not at all suprised after speaking with the Manager. Years ago, when I worked for McDonald's that would never have been allowed. We would have apologised and offered an alternative from the menu and perhaps something extra to account for the inconvenience.
