The last time i went here i had one of the best McDonalds burgers i've ever had. This store is defiantly one of the quieter maccas and the quality and service is always great

The late night crew of men here are a disgrace. Rude, incapable of decision making, or rectifying a simple incomplete order issue.
It took 10 mins to get out of there simply because they were not able to fill the order as processed and paid for, so refunded me the difference of the dessert item. When I asked for a cold drink instead I was told he couldn't do that for me.
I Made him aware I had spent time waiting in the drive through and was entitled to have something to replace what I had ordered, as I was not made aware at the time of ordering it could not be fulfilled. I was then told if I wanted a drink I had to drive around and order it again as there was other customers orders waiting to be collected. I asked for a copy of the receipt for me to make an official complaint and during the time it took to print and collect that, I made the manager aware he could have completed my request with in that time. He again refused- waited for the receipt, handed it to me and told me again if I wanted anything further to drive around again. The Manager and assistant manager were involved, Nathan and (maybe) Scott or Brad. Either way while the both of them stood there refusing me a cold drink, 1 simply could have taken 2 steps to the machine poured one and be done with it. I rarely go to this chain anyway, all I wanted was something cold and sweet. Pretty simple- I had paid good money for the rest of the order but it seems that is not enough for basic polite manners or customer service.
