Don't bother with this company unless you like having to call, prompt and continuously hound them. They don't seem to be interested in providing customer service. They would promise to send quotes and needed follow-up call, then agreed to review plans to check window sizes. We phoned again and they had misplaced the plans. Said they would 'try and arrange someone else to come out and let me know'. Of course, a few days later, no word from MCG windows. So we're going somewhere else.

The quote we got from MCG Windows was much more reasonable than other quotes we received. We went with them, and were very happy with the level of service and quality of the job. The installer arrived on time, cleaned up after his installation and they followed up with a phone call to see if everything went OK.

We enlisted the services of MCG Windows to take care of all our glazing needs on a recent large scale commercial redevelopment. From initial contact with Grant to the completion of the brief, everything from service to expertise was flawless. Due or our experience with MCG we would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Currently we have a small private project underway of which MCG will be involved.

We have had stacking doors, French doors and sashless windows installed and couldnt be happier! The installation was quick and the quality of the installers work was outstanding. Very dissapointed with the service provided. I had 2 bifold doors installed, it took numerous calls to get them to come and complete the job, then again to install the seals, then again to come and adjust the doors to eliminate the 1cm gap at the bottom of the doors, and now after less than a year, both doors are faulty and after 2 months waiting and calling i still cant get them to commit to a time to come and fix them. I would not reccomend them to anyone.
