What a joke this place is. booked my car in for regular service. Had to leave home at 5am to get there. Arrived at 6.30am parked in the service driveway behind another 2 cars. Other cars arrived much later and parked behind me. When the mechanics arrived they took those cars behind me first. When I enquired why, the manager told me they got priority because they couldn't wait and left their keys in the early Bird spot and they got priority. When I informed him I had been there before them, he said they got priority because they could stay with there car and I had to wait until 7.15am when they officially opened. What an absolute joke this place is.

Extremely pleasant and painfree experience, what a great team.
Travelled over 700 kms to get the car I wanted. What a shame that there was nothing closer, but sometimes one has to travel to get the better deal. Do yourself a favour and give them a try.
