I took a very distressed & anxious friend to this dental surgery several weeks ago & took her again yesterday. What a totally different experience she had at this dentists compared to where she used to go. Robert was so patient & understanding of my friends anxiety & panic. He is very professional as was the dental nurse, they worked at my friends pace & had her co-operating like she has never done before. She actually was quite happy to go for this return visit. I was allowed to go in with her to keep her calm & Robert explained each step of the treatment. Congratulations for your splendid work. I go to a dentist elsewhere but if I had anxiety problems this is where I would head.

I recently made a booking at this dental clinic after moving interstate and not seeing a dentist for nearly 3 years.
My first appointment was for a check up, the dentist was very gentle, more so than any previous dentist I have ever seen. He explained everything as he was doing it and explained the x-rays that were taken in great detail.
I was able to get the next required appointment the following day, where I was scaled and cleaned and made feel quite welcomed. There was no rush and quite a lot of discussions.
The cost was surprising good, for both appointment I was about $100 out of pocket after private health taking out.
Next appointment already booked and I will receive a txt message a couple of days before it to confirm, and that is in 12 months. I am actually looking forward to it, unusually. That is how good McIntyre Dental Clinic is.

I used to hate dentists- but since seeing Liz at McIntyre I don't dread going anymore. In fact, all the staff were so understanding and friendly, and they answered all the questions I had. They were also upfront about costs and gave me a wide range of options for my treatment. Highly, highly recommended.

I love how they are always on time when I visit. Friendly and helpful with any concerns. I love how the TVs on the ceilings take your mind of the situation, especially if you hate going to the dentist. I love getting assistance my samples and also look forward to getting a toothbrush. They give a good reason for the products they refer.

I went to this dental practice on recommendation after being humiliated by another dentist. I am very satisfied -all the staff are so friendly especially my hygienist. They always give you reminders of appointments and I usually receive a toothbrush and sample toothpaste.
