I have been coming to this clinic for 20 years, and in that time I have seen many changes, but the staff have always been very helpful and patient with me, the doctors, no matter who I see are always kind and thoughtful. I mostly see Dr Margi DiCarlo who is very through I just wanted to leave a review as today I was feeling particularly down and I went in and on my way out a lovely receptionist Rita was her name just made my day by stopping and asking me if I needed a hand and smiled. That’s all it took to make me feel like life was ok and I just had to leave this message. Thank you McKinley medical centre.

I've been a patient at this clinic for my entire 35 years and despite my regular GP recently retiring, the clinic continues to give me every reason to continue the relationship. For example, just a few nights ago I needed a copy of my entire medical history at the very end of the day. The clinic was just about to close, the doctors had vacated the premises and I had not provided notice (it wasn't a realistic expectation due to my circumstances). However, Lynn and Rita at reception surely must have broken a sweat getting this done for me ever so quickly, efficiently and professionally. A task of such a nature would not be an everyday occurrence by any means and I would think that digging through anyone's medical history - all the way back until 2002 in this particular case - would be no simple matter at the best of times. Yet the service was impeccable, despite the added inconvenience of the timing of my request.

My 5 year old daugher has an appointment today with the New doctor at the clinic as she developed cough, she was tested negative for covid-19 but we were concerned as she might have chest infection so my wife took her to the clinic to get her checked out,

She was asked to stay in the car as she had cough, then the new doctor called my wife to tell her over the phone not to come in and that there was no need to get her checked out and that this is not concerning as the child is feeling ok, which was a concern for us, so we went home.

The same morning we received a call to make the payment for the consultation, now this was not a problem at all, however we were charged for apsolutelly nothing.

So if you are visiting this Clinic our recomendation is to see Dr Derek Szyman, as this is one of the best Doctors we have seen.

Ad a health care facility they are a little lacklustre. They are turning into more of beauty salon, and they are expensive

I have been attending this clinic for about 20 years now. My G.P. is Dr Joel who has been caring for my health during this while time. In a few simple words - I totally trust him with health care. He is dedicated, professional and knowledgeable, and not just a doctor. He treats you with respect and as a friend.

I have been taken/going to this medical centre since I was a baby, I have always had a good experience there. The doctors are always nice. Though they can be assumptious... I guess they have a job to do and quickly.
