I have been back here a couple of times on my way home and picked up some delicious indian meals for the family. The staff are great, so quick with my order. The butter chicken, korma and rogan josh are always popular, meat is so tender and the spices are unreal, such a wonderful aroma. We like most of our curries a bit hot, so I ordered the beef vindaloo and asked for extra hot, well it was! You actually pick the heat you want your curries to be by choosing from a rating of chillies 1 is mild, 2 medium and 3 hot. Of course most of ours were '3'. Their roti's and garlic naan are a great accompaniment as well as their raiti and mango chutney, don't forget the papadums!

After driving through Mclaren Vale many times, I noticed this relatively new indian cafe/restaurant and decided to pickup some takeaway for my family and give my wife the night off cooking.

This is a very nice restaurant, not a large dining area but it is sufficient, nicely decorated, not overdone. The staff were very pleasant, polite and friendly. They took my order and within 20 minutes everything was ready.

Upon arriving home and unpacking we found the containers were clearly labeled and almost overflowing, so very generous portions. We tried their samosas, potato naan, raita and for mains, beef madras, chicken tikka, lamb korma and vindaloo. Everything was perfect, meat was tender and absolutely delicious. I have tried many indian restaurants and have to say this one is certainly up there. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we were all definitely satisified.

Definitely recommend for when you are in McLaren Vale next.
