They managed my property for 15 years while I was interstate. When I returned I found the house in poor condition, including a hole in the wall filled with cardboard. There excuse was that i was supposed to completely renovate every 7 years. They have refused my request for a small amount of compensation but I too am going to take them to court. Don't use them if you cannot view the property regularly yourself. Completely hopeless.
