Very Disappointed! We approached McMahon Todd Solicitors on the Friday with a time sensitive matter which they advised they would require payment for up front of $330 per hour and that they would investigate the matter for us over the weekend and come back to us with advice on the Monday or by latest on Tuesday morning. We were contacted on the Monday afternoon and advised that they could not fit us in till Tuesday evening and then 2 hrs prior to our scheduled appointment they advised that they would not be able to represent us. Our money was refunded straight away but unfortunately time was the most important thing and it was wasted. The service was extremely poor and a waste of our time we will not be contacting them in the future!
