We paid our deposit & sign the contract to proceed with building. We had our planning meeting with our requirements & needs, as my partner has mobility issues. The person we were communicating with, wasn’t able to help us with suggestions of what we could have in our new home, to help make like easier. When I put forward an important need in my kitchen, I was informed of another idea, that would have cost extra & I wouldn’t even use. They weren’t willing to got the extra mile for us, which is the service we paid for. Important information from us was been overlooking & a product that was very important to us was completely overlooked, which meant at the time of the ensuite being built, this product may no longer have been available. We sourced this product & paid for it, but it’s importance was overlooked. Unfortunately, we have lost our deposit, but overall it was the right decision so we could find a building company the could accommodate our needs, happily with ease. We have found a wonderful builder who can foresee our needs, make helpful suggests & are more than happy to make the necessary changes; with ease. We are paying for a service & it’s one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make, so make sure you’re completely happy with your building company, or change to one that can listen & understand your needs. We are extremely happy & excited with our new builder.

Almost finished building my new home. Great customer service and good tradies work for them. We have had few issues arise during the building of our home and all have been rectified quickly and profesionaly. All in all, we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and how quickly it has all happened. To Tony, Mick and Catherine... thank you very much!
