I purchased the black Provedore dining table around 18mths ago. It’s a beautiful table how we the laminate on the side is coming away and there is a massive crack through the centre of the table.

I posted this feedback on their Facebook booked and they blocked me.

Mcphails only offer a 12 month warranty with no care or responsibility after that. Will never purchase from these people again.

Buyer beware. The furniture is good - but If you have any problems or warranty claims - they will make it impossible to get any warranty service, complain about the "cost to them" to try to fix it and refuse to assist. I literally had an someone say to me "We will be out of pocket to fix this" when the bed I ordered arrived damaged. After arguing about getting it fixed, sending images and them agreeing it was damaged, they said they would send a replacement part to be dropped off ... but at 7am in the morning mid week and I had to have the bed pulled apart ready to swap over quote "with no delay to they driver" unquote. I asked for some leeway to instead drop off the part to us - allow us time to replace it without having to take days off work, and they could pick up the defective part on the next run in our area. Was told "no you don't get to pick the time of your delivery time"..... I wasn't picking the time? it was a compromise that helped both parties! They finally sent us the parts in post and said they would come to fix it when parts arrived - but when we called to ask when they would come to fix - we were told "You have the parts - fix it yourself". Never again! Worst Service ever and if you google them beforehand you see this exact repeat pattern with all their negative reviews - its all related to very poor aftersales and warranty service.
