Extremely friendly and helpful, rang me to confirm problems with the car i was not aware of which were expensive, yet required services for the car. The invoice of work done and notes for further work were concise, and i was very happy with the price considering that this was their first inspection of my car. i will be going back for further upgrades and services in the future.
