I called Mecwacare to ask when the cleaner was coming as I’d been to my parents home and nothing was clean. I was then told that somebody had already been there. I explained that absolutely nothing was cleaned. Naturally I was a little upset, instead of empathy, I got chastised and spoken to like a child. I quote (as stated by ‘customer service specialist’ [removed name]): “I’ll transfer you to [removed name] now. I hope you don’t speak to her like you have spoken to me’. I spent my day off cleaning two homes- my own and my parents thanks to these cowboys doing nothing to resolve the issue.
