The clinic is modern and comfortable and the service was pleasant and professional. Basically, I had a wonderful 45 minutes of self-indulgence and my skin loves me for it!

I had skin rejuvenation done at the clinic and was really impressed with the quality of the results, the professionalism and patience of the staff.

I haven't yet booked an appointment with Medilight in Newmarket, but had such a great experience with the young lady who talked to me on the phone, that I felt I had to write something about this place. I am looking forward to making an appointment soon. Basically, I wanted to find out about their hair removal services, and Jacqueline managed to make me feel at ease (she must have sensed I was embarrassed to be ringing). She explained the process to me really well, the technology, treatment involved, and what I could expect. She knew her stuff well, which gives me confidence that this is the place I should come to. Looking forward to it!

II was quite skeptical about having more IPL treatments after being burnt once and being charged $250 for the privilege (bikini)! I suffered terribly from ingrown hairs so was keen to find somewhere, my friend put me to Medi Light, I am now getting my underarms done as well! I have found Medi Light to be really well priced, the staff are friendly and experienced, which I found really comforting after my last experience!!

perhaps some review of what a "guarantee" is may need to be reviewed. had expected a reduction in the hair amount but was no real significant change, the staff were friendly but seemed that it was more of a sales pitch rather than a result that was wanted

This is the third place I have gone to for hair removal!! It was really refreshing to finally find specialists who are honest, friendly and informative. The free trial was great - especially since i was sceptical after my last experiences. Doesn't hurt as much as the IPL I had, and has given me better results. This is the only place I could find that had some sort of guarantee - bare in mind, it is that you will see a reduction, not that all of your hair will go. I found them a refreshing change, especially in this industry!
