Outcome - Nothing!!!!
Apparently their written conditions don't allow for refunds.
Hmmm... so injuring your client is acceptable?
Response - 'If there is no blood, you can't prove it'
Where are these written conditions PRIOR to a massage?
I specifically stipulated NO Tiger Balm when I 1st arrived.
Had it rubbed on my hand & scalp after the incident- without checking with me. Scalp felt like it was on fire!
Had to race home & wash it off.
They told me to report it to Centre Management - noone took an incident report.
And - Cash hungry?

Just had the best massage with Bing. Fixed my pinched nerve and feel fabulous after massage. Uses proper techniques- will be back again soon

I often go to Mei mei massage and think they fantastic and good prices too- I'm going to try thier acupuncture offers soon I had a full body massage with oil for $60 excellent customer service

what can I say the prices here are fantastic and the staff know what they are doing and are so friendly and helpful. they give great advice on what you need and after your time you feel so relaxed and really confident I would recommend this place to all
they are centrally located and close to food as well
it make you want to come again and again
