So far not bad to deal with although concerns do shine through and junior solicitors should consult their mentors/partners on ALL issues - this would help make clients feel more confident that they have come to the right place for help. Senior partners should also ensure that all avenues are exhausted with their juniors. A client should not have to trigger a line of thinking.
