I made an appointment for 6/12/10, and received an appointment card. When I turned up for the appointment I was informed that they had it recorded on their system for 16/12/10. I was told that there were no vacancies that day and I would have to come back on 16/12/10. My appointment definitely showed 6/12/10, and I made all the effort to get there on time, just to be told that they had made an administrative error, and I would have to come back another day. NOT IMPRESSED AND NOT HAPPY !!!

Professional and friendly, and provided the exact service I was expecting. Use SMS for appointment reminders. Quote was a tiny bit off, but still happy with outcome

Very pleased with the service: friendly staffs, competent Doctors, and on time appointment. They do bulk billing too! If you want to have a check, I would recommend this place!
