Melbourne Alarms and Monitoring

Terrible service. Reneged on doing my job at the last minute after agreement (claiming change in company policy which didn't make sense) and left me high and dry after months of research and selection. There is absolutely no recourse as there is no shopfront and thus you can't get in touch with them. Forget about them returning your calls as they couldn't care less about your problems. Enough said, learnt my lesson, pay a bit more for a proper company and stay away from phantoms like Melbourne alarms !

Rang up and spoke to Robyn. I wanted to upgrade my existing alarm system. Got a booking made and Robyn took her time to explain the package. Come the day of installation, installer turned up on time, got straight to work with the new alarm. Took me through it and explained all the features. The company was very professional and easy to deal with.
