Would not recommend. Inferior product and terrible customer service. Raised concerns about engineered timber sample product I picked up at Thomastown which claimed 3mm veneer - it measured at 2.5mm. Seemed wrong so called to discuss. The manager first dismissed the problem, saying I was wrong (hey, thanks for not listening and being passive aggressive), and then counter argued by claiming that the veneer had a tolerance anywhere between 2.75mm and 3.25 and that the ‘average’ was 3mm. Huh?! That means one plank can have a 0.5mm difference of height to another planks. Really?! That is not what I’d call a level surface and not what I’d expect from a ‘finished’ product that they claim doesn’t require sanding. And such information certainly isn’t on the website, meaning it is a real problem if laid on the floor for the customer that isn’t double checking claims made by the supplier. The manager then claimed that if the surface wasn’t flat after having laid the floor that it would be my fault. For real?! After what he just told be about the veneer ranging from 2.75mm to 3.25mm!? They’re certainly not interested in hearing concerns from clients or to acknowledging problems in the products, and gave me the distinct impression they would not support customers after handing over money. I later went to the Springvale store with the sample and checked it against the same advertised product on the floor, and the difference was huge at 0.5mm. I asked the sales rep to verify but they weren’t interested, said they’d heard about my conversation with the manager and made the stupendous claim that there were two seperate lots of the same product. What a pile of BS. Disgraceful conduct - passive aggressive and in denial. Avoid them. Save yourself the trouble and grief.

their board have problem. will expand a lot in rainning day . they keep saying the problem of the house because it is wet. my house is brand new and 6 star energy rating and double glazed . i got an installer friend bought their product once and have same problem. the board is made in Malaysia. really bad altitude after pay the money
