Communication between the company and me was 10/10, i had no issues and i was actually stressed before reaching out to them in regard to my travells in Melbourne. The actual service on the day when i was dropped to my hotel was faultless. The driver who picked us up was amazing, he was so experienced and from the moment he had found us at the waiting bay, he was nothing but positive and approachable. and the vehicle was so luxurious (i believe it was a mercedes s class). overall, amazing experience and will definitely use again!! highly recommend for those looking for transport during business stays
