I really am surprised that this clinic/studio is still in business. Having shared my awful experiences with friends, I heard that everyone else who had ever been there had had similar experiences. The service includes non-transparency of fees, bad communication, and general unprofessionalism. Also, I was shocked that they actually charge $47 for one reformer pilates class! Friends experienced problems with them too (non-acceptance of vouchers and charging of credit card without permission). I certainly wouldn't recommend this one, but if you do go, make sure you pay by cash and don't give them your credit card details...
