Mellington Smash Repairs

Wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole, took weeks to try and get a quote sorted, after multiple follow up calls, nothing but excuses, got offended when I got frustrated and questioned it, then ended up refusing to do the work, absolute joke and a complete waste of time, I should have listened to the advice I received and avoided the place entirely

I was sent to this repairer through my insurer. First impression was that it was an orderly business--clean front office, a look of order around the yard. The inspection was done efficiently and I was advised what to expect. When I brought the car in, the turnover was quick. They advised me when it would be ready, and it was ready on that date. The repairs were done well--the car looks brilliant, and it was returned to me clean, inside and out. I couldn't recommend Mellington Smash Repairs more highly.

Took 3 weeks to get back a very average repair.

We had our car fixed with Mellington as they were the preferred repairer by our insurance company (youi) From the very beginning they were clear and upfront with how the repair process would work. They had our car in for only 2 days and the whole repair work was seamless. They fixed our car to as new condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining what work was carried out.
