By far one of the best pizza places in melbourne (and I am not overstating at all, because I happen to be quite picky...). There were many aspects to Melt, which I really liked.
1. the 400 degree woodfire oven which cooks traditional Napoli-style pizza in less than 5 minutes
2. the pizza dough is free from fat, oil and sugar
3. the freedom to choose your pizza from 8 classics, or build your own pizza from the assembly line of toppings
4. the pristine, modern, relaxed atmosphere
