Purchased a voucher for 2 people to go on a History and Laneway tour on deals.com.au. 4 weeks before the voucher expired I tried to make an online booking. I had trouble getting on to the website (which was my error) so I called, but the person who answered was so unhelpful. If he is the person that conducts the tours I should be glad that there aren't any tours we can go on.
I then tried to book a tour online but there are only 2 tours (one per month) and they are both during the week.
Why do businesses offer packages then treat their customers appallingly.
