We were very pleased with Doug's work to rewire our home and add smoke alarms and extra power outlets. He planned the outcome with how we use our home in mind and made it easy and straightforward to discuss changes and our preferences. Doug was always on time and it felt completely comfortable to have him and his team in our home. They were friendly and courteous, as quiet as reasonably possible, and tidied up after working in an area. We'll be contacting him again for future work.

I rung Doug on a Saturday morning when the power went out. He was able to come out within 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, went and purchased the part and installed it. He was friendly and helpful.

Doug talked through options with us regarding the installation of several overhead fans, so we were comfortable with our decision.
