We ordered four tyres from Tyresales on 8 October 2020 and chose Melville Renault to install them on our car, along with wheel balancing and car clean.

Tyresales tracking informed us that those tyres have been received by Melville Renault on 12 October 2020 at 10:49 am by Owen. So we waited for Melville Renault to phone us about its arrival and to arrange for fitting time, but they never called.

So we phone Melville Renault at aroune 4 pm; ended up talking to Pierina and she said that she "had to physically inspect that those tyres are actually there, but she can't since the shop had already closed". So she promised to call us back early, around 8 to 8:30 am on 13 October 2020.

On the next day, we waited and waited, and yet she never called us, so we called Melville Renault again, and was directed to so many different people, which refuse to check if the tyres were already there. Finally we ended up talking to Pierina, who promised to call us in the first place, and still, she had not checked the status of the tyres. Pierina was very rude and argued to us on the phone, but finally we get her to check the tyres for us. She called us about 30 minutes later to confirm that those tyres are indeed there already.

So we booked our car for tyre fitment at 10:30 am. There we faced Ash, who were rude and argumentative for no reason. When they finished fitting the tyres, they did not clean our car, which was supposed to be included in their service.

Hence from our experience with Melville Renault these are our impression: They clearly has problem with customer service and they cheat and cut corners on what they promised.

After this harrowing experience with Melville Renault, will neither be a return customer nor recommend them to others.

Dont buy vehicle from these dealer. Osbourne Park way better. Poor customer service. When you tell them to follow up on particular issue they have different views or directions as they don't want to cover any of this issues.

We i regret buying my vehicle fro these dealership where i have wonderful experience with Osbourne park renault.

Think more before taking any finance deal or vehicle.
