I called them up and made an appointment, took the morning off so I could be there. Didnt get contacted, never received a confirmation. They never showed up. Tried to call them and no one picked up the phone.

Didnt even show up for quote despite calling Caroline the night before to confirm appointment. She said she would get back to me & never heard from them again. Obviously dont want the work

Generally satisfied with the work completed. Some reservations regarding time spent by contractor trying to procure required part, positioning of a couple of outlets not quite as requested, trades ordered pizza delivery within minutes of me leaving house.
