3 months after I bought a new Mercedes from them, one car key failed intermittently. They insisted I leave both the key and the car for them to check. They said nothing was wrong. I got it back. Continued to failed intermittently. They asked me to bring in for checking again. Same story. The third time I told them to just replace the key. They say they won't just replace the 2000 dollar electronic key just because I said it failed. They have to prove it. I said, "So you think I have come 3 times, wasted my precious time, because I think this is fun? And it is worth 2000 dollars? What a reap off!"
Very, very bad experience.

About a year later, there was a nail in one front tyre. They wanted to charge over 1 thousand dollars to replace all 4 tyres, in the name of safety. They said they don't repair tyres as a matter of policy. So I got the tyre repaired somewhere else for 50 dollars.

I was charged $629 for Mercedes Benz MacGregor to attempt to code the headlight on my car. They were unsuccessful and gave me a quotation to replace the headlights for $2300. I took it to an aftermarket guy who coded the existing headlights for $200. Incompetent technicians and service manager t this branch of Mercedes and they refuse to refund my $629 when I came back to tell them that someone else coded the existing headlights for $250. what a scam they run.
