Had a serious water problem on a Saturday evening. Phoned Merchantile and was given advice to secure my water and a choice of call out rates or wating till Monday. I waited till Monday morning doing what I was advised and consequently saved a lot of water and a lot of money. they fixed my problem and cleaned up the mess as well. I am a full time fan now
