I called Tony yesterday about a blocked drainpipe. We were first time customers. He gave us an approximate quote over the phone. I quite like an "approximate" quote, because it's very hard to provide a reliable quote without seeing the issue, so I don't trust fixed price plumbers. Tony then said he would come out, have a look and then let us know if it was going to cost more than the initial quote. As it turns out, it was a medium-size problem, he fixed the blocked main drain for the initially quoted price (reasonable) and he worked quickly and was done within the hour. He's pleasant, polite, explains what he is doing and he's thorough. I will ring him again next time.

Tony went above and beyond when required to replace our hot water system. He completed the job efficiently even though the existing system was in an awkward spot on the house, was extremely friendly and came in on a public holiday without any hassles. Very competitive price, 100% would recommend to anyone.
