I attended Ante-Natal swim classes at Mercy Physiotherapy leading up to the birth of our baby, and I was very surprised by how enjoyable the classes were. The physiotherapist lead classes were tiring, but fun and it was nice to be in a supportive atmosphere with other women.

I attended a 1-on-1 coaching session (specifically birthing related), and was very happy with the information provided to myself and my husband. I also hired a birthing "TENS" unit (a Mama Tens) which I used as part of my birthing plan, and managed to subsequently have a drug-free labour.

All the physiotherapists at Mercy Physiotherapy were professional and friendly and I would be very happy to use their services again.

They also have HICAPS, which made claiming from our health fund simple!
