Mermaid Fish Shop

we placed a phone order with this establishment @17.50 hrs and arrived to pick up @18.15 hrs upon pick up we traveled back to our destination(16 kilometre round trip) to find the fish was missing from the order consisting of 2 x grillled fish 3 x battered fish dim sims potato cakes and chips of $54.00, we immediately phoned and informed this establishment we then traveled back to the shop and upon entering it was insinuated by the staff that the order was completed, why would you travel another 16 kls if this was so after much gesticulation it was decided to complete the order.which was not worth the effort the fish was soggy and tasteless overall a poor result

Had fish , chips and hamburger from these guys, in the school hoildays which is a good time to really test the service of business, if there service is good, which these guys took a little bit longer to cook the order, but it was the best fish I'd had in ages. I really also like their soft drinks range the best drink they sell is the Trentham Soft Drinks the lime one is my favourite.

Went here for dinner the other night, went there quite early and placed my order had to wait for the longest time to get my fish, chips. Service is slow, and are a bit over priced mimumum chips are $3.00. will be in search of another fish and chip shop.

I placed an order and it took 20 mins to cook and even when i came back to collect the order it still wasnt ready and when it was ready the beef soulvaki was cold, the chips werent cooked and the nuggets & springroll was overcooked.
