This business has taken money from my wife and two children for almost ten years. Recently we had a bad customer service experience with their reception staff. We asked the owner to call us so we could provide constructive feedback. We did this because we have run businesses ourselves and we know that owners deserve the opportunity to address customer issues before someone complains publicly.

To our dismay a staff member called to say that the owners was not prepared to call us and if we were not happy with that we were welcome to take our business elsewhere. Concerned that the owners had perhaps not received the message we gave them a second chance and wrote letters to convey our experience and requested they make contact. No contact was ever made.

We are extremely disappointed. We were loyal customers and we have tried to provide feedback in a constructive and civil manner. What a shame that our business is so meaningless that we cant even get a return phone call.

Standard dental practise located in Mermaid Beach. I went here once about 2 months ago in an emergency an they fit me in straight away and were cordial and professional.
