Horrible, unprofessional service. After sale service even worse. Charged a fee for pallet with written promise to pick up and refund half of deposit. After 3 months still had not picked up. After many contacts and a promise to take the issue further, pallet picked up and no deposit refunded. Disgusting especially since the price originally quoted didnt include delivery or pallett so got a suprise when the invoice received. After all that some of the limestone bought was unusuable - we bought seconds but thought that we would get a usuable product.
