They then show you all the office's evaluations which gives you a really, really good view of where your house is sitting on the market. Because there are SO many people, all trying to sell your house at the same time, you have a much better chance of getting a buyer. It wasn't even anyone from the Mount Evelyn office that actually found the buyer so it was really good having all that extra backup. They sold our house before the sign even went up at the front!
