After having just been here for breakfast, I recommend anyone to go their and have eggs benedict, it was amazing. They used real ham off the bone and the baby spinach was a great compliment. The service was good, it was very relaxed and although quite busy, we didnt have to wait long for our meals.

Friendly, down to earth staff, their coffee is soo good and the sweets in the cabinets.......delish!! Carrot cake is a fav!! Their brekky menu is so good its hard to decide what to have!!

I've found the Metro to be consistent and unlike a lot of other cafes/restaurants in the area the service here is excellent.

The food esp. "Specials of Day" has been so bad of late (over multiple meals) that I wrote to the the two Bros that own and operate this Cafe to complain. They have replied with the word "Appreciate". That is all! NO offers of anything. I was a regular there, but now it is obvious that they don't want me as a patron anymore. So I am staying away and eating at home.

However, the Coffee is good so I am missing out on that too.

These guys have no idea as to menus. nutrition nor cooking. They can't make Minestrone, Fish smells and is NOT properly cooked through and the recent Chicken Soup was so bad I told them to keep it and walked out. I am NOT exaggerating
