Chad is a very good property manager. He is very prompt to reply to emails or get in touch with me about any concerns/issues I have with my property. I believe Chad is an asset to your agency and he has made my renting experience easy.
They are just terrible. I bought my first house through them and it was one of the worst experience ever. Merryn the real estate agent was terrible and rude, she was more sarcastic when we asked a questions, than actually trying to help us. She was useless and would NOT recommend her and Metro Property.
