Ozzy was great, he gave me a quote over the phone to change my broken antenna, he also gave me a seniors discount, when he finally assessed the old antenna also found the old cable was all brittle and cracking, he replaced at no extra charge even though I did offer to pay for it he told me that it was not needed, he stud by the original quote.
