Eduardo and Pedro were fantastic- efficient, careful with our belongings and the house and very friendly and professional. Nothing was too hard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mover turned up an hour late in a small truck that could not fit what I had ordered. We rang to see if there was a larger truck but was guaranteed no charge on the second load. The removalists were really slow and scratched my floors without care, moved one box at a time so slowly that it took 4 hours. Then on return to original destination, it was too late to pack the rest and move it to the storage unit. I still have a whole 1/4 garage of storgae left at the original premises that I now have to organise another service to remove after charging me $990!!! for unfinished job. 2 x as much what had cost me a year ago (total cost of everything moved @ $390 last time) It's a total sham. Don't move with them/ they are dishonest.

I had Edward and Victor do my shift today and was really impressed. Arrived on time and were set up and organised. The move went like clockwork. Can’t thank them and the company enough for the great service

We had Pedro and Gustavo picking our furniture this morning and moving it to the storage facility. They were great, high energy and moved fast. They were careful with my paintings, which was really appreciated. I will book them again when the time comes to move into the new apartment :)

From quote to final pieces put into the new address the team at Metro Movers were fantastic. William, Shammar, Annan and Pedro who ddi the move were efficient, helpful and careful. We went from Hampton East in Melbourne to Kyneton. After 9 years at the previous address we had lots to move and team worked well together and got it in a real good time. Highly recommend!

MetroMovers did a fantastic job of helping my husband and I to move recently from Melbourne to Paynesville. We can't speak highly enough of Jonathon, Adnan and Jeff who put in an incredibly long day first packing our furniture in Northcote and finishing unpacking at 11.30pm (- we had a lot of stuff!) That was followed by a 3 1/2 hour drive back to Melbourne. That's a 19 hour day! Despite the long day, Jonathon, Adnan and Jeff did not complain at all. Quite the opposite - they were jovial and kind and an absolute delight to work with. They even assembled a bed for us and were extremely careful with our furniture. Their teamwork was really impressive. Metromovers is very lucky to have such wonderful people working for them.

Absolutely phenomenal work! From booking to the actual move, MetroMovers were excellent to work with. I booked 2 men and a truck on 15/10, and could not recommend them more. They completely erased my anxiety around the move and I will never move with anyone else.

They were quick and efficient in getting the truck packed, and at the drop off location were conscientious and careful with all items. Had some concerns about fitting my fridge up the stairs, but the guys were willing to give it a go - and with a lot of effort on their part they got it up. Then the complication of getting it through the door - wonderful problem solving and care to avoid damage to the door/door frame.

Throughout they were positive and energetic despite the physical exertion of many heavy and awkward items needing to be moved up a flight of stairs and along a narrow walkway with a 90° turn into the front door. They also provided us with a few good giggles as they passed lighter, non-breakable items up to the external walkway with an easy toss from the back of the truck.

The guys were highly professional while remaining approachable and friendly. Very much hoping that higher ups in the company are able to find the men who did this work (I am terrible with names!) and recognise these guys for their work!

MetroMovers were a nightmare to deal with. To begin, they showed up over an hour late which was an issue as we settled our property the day of the move.

The movers damaged our garden shed, and have since avoided my many emails and calls.

Their customer service is appalling, i have tired to resolve this but gotten nowhere so have left this review.

Avoid at all cost! I actually gave them no stars but the website wouldn’t accept my review without at least a 1 star review.

Unfortunately during a recent move a number of items were damaged. Mostly superficial scratches, but an item was dropped as the team seemed to hurry through the drop off. I've had no luck since engaging management regarding their "No Damage Guarantee" or any compensation for the damage.

I highly recommend the MetroMovers service. The process from start to finish was easy and conducted professionally. Our moving team (Vinnie, Alex and Matt) were fantastic. They were punctual, friendly and, above all, took great care with our furniture and possessions. We are very happy with the outcome.
